Priority application period will close November 15th to be considered for both lotteries - Closed
2000 winners will be announced Date to be announced

Second application deadline is always March 1st.
400 winners will be announced early March.

If you are currently receiving a CSFP scholarship, you DO NOT need to apply for this lottery. You will receive renewal information sometime in April.
